Sinew is an independent product — not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Anthropic. It's infrastructure that connects to Claude and gives it persistent memory and real-world tools.

How it works.

A desktop app, a cloud service,
and the Claude stack.

Sinew has two parts. A Windows desktop app called Desk Scheduler runs on your machine — it orchestrates everything by invoking Claude Code on a schedule. A cloud service called SinewMCP provides the tools Claude uses: email, calendar, tasks, memory, and transcripts.

When you're not at your desk, Desk Scheduler is still running — scanning your email, extracting action items from meetings, building context. When you sit down and open Claude, all of that context is already there.

Sign up & connect your email — Create your Sinew account. Connect Microsoft 365 or Google. SinewMCP starts reading what's there.
Install Desk Scheduler — Download and run the Windows desktop app. It sits in your system tray and runs Claude Code on a schedule — email scans, morning briefings, transcript processing. This is the engine.
Work with Claude, with full context — Open Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or Claude.ai. Sinew's tools and memory are already connected. No re-explaining. The context is there because Desk Scheduler has been building it.

What you need.

Sinew runs on top of Claude.
You need both.

Sinew is the infrastructure — memory, email integration, scheduling, tools. Claude is Anthropic's AI — the intelligence. They're separate products, separate companies, separate subscriptions. Sinew connects to Claude via MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Windows PC — Desk Scheduler is a Windows desktop app. macOS and Linux are not supported yet.
Claude Pro or Max — $20+/mo from Anthropic. Gives you Claude Code CLI, Claude Desktop, and Claude.ai. Desk Scheduler invokes Claude Code directly — this is the AI that does the work. Not included in Sinew.
Desk Scheduler — Free, included with your Sinew subscription. A Windows app that sits in your system tray and runs Claude Code on a schedule. This is what makes the automation work.
Claude.ai or Claude Desktop — Where you actually talk to Claude. SinewMCP connects as an MCP server, so Claude has access to your email, calendar, tasks, and memory in every conversation.
